Location! Location! Location! We all know this to be true when it comes to real estate. However, what is equally as important is what you find once you arrive at said location. Whether you have been living in your home for a while, recently purchased your home, or are looking to sell, first impressions matter. So, let’s ensure we make it a lasting one with great curb appeal!

Exterior paint

You’ve heard the expression, “A quart of paint goes a long way!” This is very true for the exterior of your home as well. Paint your front door, garage door (if you have one), any exterior flashing, eavestroughs, downspouts, exterior shutters, etc. Doing this will immediately enhance the look of your home and seal these areas from the elements. Maybe pick a different colour to also change the overall vibe, all the while spending next to nothing doing it!

Walkways and Driveway

Now, if you have an asphalt driveway, be sure to seal it and instantaneously you have a more striking home. If you have an interlock driveway and/or walkway, be sure that it is all level.
